Dino Berardino is the Founder and Chief Survivor Officer of IMASURVIVOR. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization and for IMASURVIVOR’S vision.

 

Prior to spending years developing his vision for what IMASURVIVOR should be, how it should feel when the site is looked at for the first time by a survivor or supporter, and how it will conduct business, Dino established a track record of implementing cutting-edge medical technologies, developing partnerships with major charitable organizations, and providing industry-leading patient care and support. He has extensive experience in building retail venues for medical modalities such as CT and MRI, developing operational strategies, and launching high-impact marketing initiatives.

 

Noted for his strategic vision, managing large-scale equity and debt funding efforts, Dino brought cutting-edge CT & MRI technologies to new markets, and implemented systems yielding marked capability gains. Capitalizing on extensive industry networks and collaborating with diverse professionals in solving critical business challenges. He played a key role in new business outreach, pioneering market strategies, and implementing operational plans resulting in major gains for startup technology and medical service firms.

 

 In 1997 Dino became the senior partner in Power-House Funding, a small business incubator focused on developing market strategies and operational plans for high-growth technology and medical service firms. There he managed over 50+ business consultants in establishing new client relationships, controlled equity raising efforts and delivered major sales increases, and prioritized development of long-term client relationships. With over a dozen ventures funded through their company, in 2000 Dino founded Full Body Imaging Management, and in 2001 became the major owner, operator and manager to Full Body Scanning Medical Imaging Centers located in the western US.  As the new owner of FBIMinc, Dino played a key role in a new business outreach. Utilizing the CT scanning modality already in existence, he and his team took it to the streets where mainstream America could benefit from it, not just the medical community. They launched Full Body Scanning of Irvine, the innovative preventative CT screening site in Irvine Spectrum Mall, CA; with centers to follow in other cities.

 

Dino remains committed to community involvement and delivering tangible support to patients spanning all walks of life. In fact, Dino is enrolled in the prestigious sports medicine school NASM, under their Elite program. Currently, he has his sights on graduating as a PT specializing in working with the elderly, and those of all ages with the difficulty of movement. Once he has graduated from this calling on his heart, he will work on his certificate as a Behavior Change Specialist, and from there he will move into the field of Nutrition.

 

As the Founder and CSO of IMASURVIVOR, Dino will have a hands-on approach with regards to every aspect of the company.

Carol Berardino, wife to founder and CSO Dino, is the Chief Communications Contessa, responsible for strategically coordinating all domestic and global special events, exhibits, business meetings and all similar tasks.

 

Carol, since 2008 has been the International Certification Administrator & Program Event Planner for Universal Management Services, a worldwide nonprofit located in San Diego, California. She supports customer relation activities by performing a variety of professional tasks to insure efficient and successful implementation of special events, trade shows and exhibits, executive meetings, conferences, business meetings, and similar activities. 

With over 15years of experience in the customer services industry, she brought her keen sense of attention to detail to UMS. Working as a liaison between customers and hotel staff internationally and domestically, Carol has certainly earned her reputation as the lady to get it done within her company. Carol has successfully increased the interest of the certification program to that of double since her hiring date. She demonstrates an unremarkable attention to detail, while coordinating with legal approvals for customer service events. In addition to overseeing the development of Graphic design for campaigns, arranging, and coordinating press conferences and overseeing direct mail distribution to the company’s worldwide customer base. Additionally, Carol creates and tracks the filing system for all clients and has coordinated the setting up of company booths at international trade shows in Russia seven times, Italy, and Geneva CH, and Puerto Rico. Additionally, Carol also manages the special events for the Board of Directors at UMS.

 

Prior to coming on board at UMS, Carol was with International Launch Services and Lockheed Martin. As their Specialist Public Affairs from 1988-2008. There she spear-headed meetings in Vienna, Moscow, Grand Cayman, Sidney AU, Cape Canaveral FL over two dozen times, and Colorado.

Additionally, she independently developed and implemented plans to support the major ILS events, their industrial meetings, which spanned both national and international markets. She also functioned as the primary authority and consultant to ILS Management, on ingenuity and innovation. She is an expert in investigation with resolve to solving unique problems, last minute changes with Immigration difficulties, and transportation. She conducts research and recommendation data links and provides support through historical service trends.

 

On the level of Maestro, her multitasking skills are second to none. She will remain committed to her position with UMS, while staying faithful to helping IMASURVIVOR grow.

Tommy Yarbrough is the Chief Web Designer GURU, responsible for all Imasurvivor website management. With this role, Tommy reports to Dino with any IT problems that may arise.

Tommy comes to Imasurvivor with well developed skills in web design, social media management, and product management. 

​

At 17, Tommy co-founded Encinitas Brand, a clothing brand amassing over 13,000 followers on social media in less than four months of launching. 

​

Tommy is currently pursuing a college education at Whittier College, majoring in business administration, with a concentration in Finance. He is also a student athlete on the Whittier College soccer team. After representing his team freshman year, Tommy remains committed to giving it his all on and off the field. 

​

Tommy is extremely dedicated to doing whatever it takes to win a conference championship this year with his team, along with staying dedicated to his studies.

 

Tommy is extremely excited to be a part of the Imasurvivor team this year and will uphold the company's efforts to make a difference in the lives of others.

Sam Vongsnakorn serves as the Chief Technology Guru of IMASURVIVOR, overseeing all IT operations including communications, data organization and backup systems and continuously improving processes. He brings over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience and is an expert at identifying the particular needs of small to large business clients, and offering innovative technical solutions. 

 

While busy attaining his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Seattle University WA, Sam worked his way through college while honing his craft freelancing as a Technical Consultant throughout his college years. With his degree behind him, and his loyal customer base at his side, Sam officially founded his company VONNCOM in 2004, where he continues delivering critical assistance and support within expedited timeframes. His expertise in areas such as developing and launching cutting-edge networks, strengthening Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity capabilities, and delivering unparalleled user experiences was on full display in this role. A unique ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technical landscape and leverage deep understanding of client needs to surpass expectations also contributed heavily to the success of VONNCOM.
